Culligans or Soft-Clean-Water's conditions pertain to the order.

UK VAT and Delivery charges will be added at time of sale if applicable.

The contract you agree is covered by the distance selling regulations subject to the following provisos.

The rates on this website are for units that we understand the client intends to export from the UK.

No international warranty is implicit or applies and in the case of any problems that might be down to the installation, location or installer no warranty or liability can be taken. If clients want the products insured in transit they must arrange it.

Soft Clean Water web site is a plumbing trade / export site and you are expected to have knowledge of what the products can and will do and of how to install them in a professional manner.

In that regard unless the goods have a manufacturing technical fault they will not be replaced, repaired or refunded.

The goods are priced for export out of the EU if proof of export is available when despatching the goods to your export shipper we can sell the goods to you VAT free otherwise VAT can only be reclaimed under your own VAT arrangements not under any UK or EU retail export schemes.

Transactions that are free of VAT (Zero rated) for export by a freight forwarder. Soft Clean Water do not ship VAT free (Zero VAT) for orders where the Nett Goods Value is less than GBP330.00 and if over 330.00 GBP the goods are shipped in the UK to your freight handling agents only (registered and accepted shipper). At that level the goods will be shipped in the UK with no delivery charge. Note for Zero VAT shipments there is an administration fee of GBP 50.00 + VAT that has to be paid.

IAH will not accept the cost of the shippers confirmation paperwork (which is required) for Zero VAT orders nor any bank fees for any orders so please prepay these.

VAT (UK Value Added Tax) - In the case of any transactions the VAT applicable on the date will be charged if that be higher or lower than that shown in the inclusive prices

Guarantee - the manufacturers guarantees are the only warranty and only apply if the goods are installed and used within the UK. If your goods are faulty please contact the suppliers service department directly during the warranty period.

Credit Card fees:

1. No fee for Maestro or Visa Debit cards
2. No fee for MasterCard and Visa credit cards for orders over 50GBP.
3. 3% charge for MasterCard and Visa credit cards for orders with a total value under 50GBP.

As the goods are for potable water use for hygiene reasons goods cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened.
